The Plain Dutch Weave wire mesh is woven similarly as in Plain Weave, except that the warp wire is bigger and broadly spaced than the weft wire which is relatively finer. These are woven tightly together, thus forming a very compact, firm mesh with great strength and creating a dense filtering medium with a good flow rate. The larger warp wire provides strength to the mesh.
