Plain Weave Stainless steel Wire Mesh
This weave design is the most common type for woven wire mesh. The mesh is formed by spacing the warp and weft wires at right angles. When each weft wire and warp wire pass over one and under the other at equal spacing, they form a square.
Twill Weave Stainless Steel wire mesh is where two lines of the warp and weft wires are interweaved alternately. With the same wire diameter and opening size, the twill weave mesh is less firm than the plain weave mesh.
The Twill Dutch Weave is a combination of Twill Weave and Dutch Weave. The weft wires are passed alternately over and under two warp wires forming a fine mesh in one direction and a coarse mesh in the other.
The Plain Dutch Weave wire mesh is woven similarly as in Plain Weave, except that the warp wire is bigger and broadly spaced than the weft wire which is relatively finer.
Reverse Twill Dutch Weave is similar weaving to Twill Dutch weave except the warp and weft wires are reversed. The warp wire is smaller and closely spaced than the weft wire which is relatively bigger.
