บริษัท ไทยประสิทธิ์เท็กซ์ไทล์ จำกัด ได้เริ่มดำเนินธุรกิจ มาตั้งแต่ ปี พ.ศ. 2528 โดยสินค้าที่ผลิตในช่วงเริ่มต้น เป็น ผ้ามุ้งไนล่อนหรือมุ้งฟ้า,มุ้งลวดไนล่อน สำหรับบานประตูและหน้าต่างเพื่อทดแทนการใช้มุ้งลวดอลูมิเนียม,ผ้าเตียงชายทะเล, ผ้าใบสำหรับทำกระเป๋า หรือ เตียงพับและเชือกพลาสติกโดยสินค้าทั้งหมดเหล่านี้ ถูกผลิตขึ้นจากเม็ดพลาสติก HDPE
จากการสั่งสมประสบการณ์ 11 ปี ทางด้านขบวนการทอผ้าด้วยเส้นใยพลาสติก ในปี พ.ศ. 2539 บริษัทฯ ได้ขยายสายการผลิต การทอเส้นลวดสแตนเลส หรือที่เรียกกันว่า “ตะแกรงลวดสแตนเลส” ประกอบด้วย ตะแกรงลายเพน, ตะแกรงลายทวิล, ตะแกรงลายเพนดัชท์, ตะแกรงลายทวิลดัชท์, ตะแกรงออโต้, ตะแกรงสำเร็จรูป /ตะแกรงสั่งทำ ภายใต้ตราปลาโลมา ขึ้นอีก 1 แผนก ด้วยเทคโนโลยีจากประเทศเยอรมัน และในอีก 2 ปีถัดมา คือในปี 2541 ทางบริษัท ฯ ได้จัดตั้งแผนกทำชิ้นงานสำเร็จรูปจากตะแกรงลวดสแตนเลส เพื่อเพิ่มความหลากหลายของสินค้าและเพิ่มมูลค่าสินค้าในเวลาเดียวกัน
ทางบริษัทฯ ได้เริ่มผลิต ตาข่ายกันยุงและแมลง ด้วยเส้นใยไฟเบอร์กลาส หรือ มุ้งลวดไฟเบอร์ ซึ่งนับเป็นแห่งแรก ในประเทศไทย และ เอ อี ซี ภายใต้ตราหมีโพล่าร์
เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวทางด้านการเกษตร และอุตสาหกรรมการก่อสร้าง บริษัทฯ ได้เพิ่มสายการผลิต ตาข่ายพลาสติกขึ้นอีก 1 แผนก ซึ่งสินค้าในหมวดนี้ ได้แก่ ตาข่ายกันล้ม, ตาข่ายกรงไก่, ตาข่ายPVC หรือ ตาข่ายแบบสี่เหลี่ยมและหกเหลี่ยม ตลอดจนตาข่ายเซฟตี้ ในปัจจุบัน บริษัทฯ มีกำลังผลิตมากที่สุดในประเทศ รวมถึงใน เอ อี ซี อีกด้วย
หลังจากรับรู้ปัญหามุ้งลวดฉีกขาดจากกรงเล็บของสัตว์เลี้ยงภายในบ้าน ซึ่งในระยะหลังปัญหาดังกล่าวสร้างความรำคาญให้กับเจ้าของบ้านเป็นอย่างมาก ทางบริษัทฯได้นำเสนอมุ้งลวดเพ็ทเมชที่ทนต่อกรงเล็บของสัตว์เลี้ยง เข้ามาแก้ปัญหานี้เป็นรายแรกของประเทศไทย ในปี 2554
ด้วยปฏิภาณและความมุ่งมั่นว่าจะไม่ยอมหยุดนิ่ง ในปี พ.ศ. 2557 ทางบริษัทฯ มีความภาคภูมิใจที่จะนำเสนอมุ้งกำจัดยุงมอสน็อกซ์ และ มุ้งอีโค่สกรีน ซึ่งเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่เข้าสู่ตลาด ให้เป็นทางเลือกใหม่แก่ผู้บริโภค
ในปีถัดมา ทางบริษัทฯ ได้เริ่มผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายมุ้งจีบ PE ที่มีคุณภาพที่สูงเข้าสู่ตลาดในประเทศ เพื่อทดแทนมุ้งจีบชนิดเดิมที่มีอยู่ในตลาด ด้วยเทคโนโลยีและดีไซด์ที่ทันสมัยทำให้เราสามารถผลิตมุ้งจีบที่มีมากกว่ามุ้งที่พับเก็บได้ เพราะมุ้งจีบของเราแทบจะมองไม่เห็นตามุ้ง ซึ่งทำให้มีวิสัยทัศน์ที่สวยงาม มองผ่านได้อย่างสบายตา และเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม
ในปัจจุบันมุ้งจีบ PE คือผลิตภัณฑ์ตัวล่าสุดของทางบริษัทฯ แต่นี้จะไม่ใช่สินค้าตัวสุดท้ายอย่างแน่นอน ทางเราจะสร้างสรรค์และผลิตสินค้าตัวใหม่ๆ เพื่อที่จะเป็นผู้นำอุตสาหกรรมตาข่าย และสิ่งทอพลาสติกของโลก
ในปี 2560 ทางเรายินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้นำเสนอ ตาข่ายกรองแสงแบบถัก 3 เข็ม ที่มีความแข็งแรง และ ทนต่อสภาพแวดล้อมต่างๆ ที่สำคัญตาข่ายกรองแสงของทางบริษัทฯยังเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมอีกด้วย
ปัจจุบันตาข่ายกรองแสงแบบถัก คือผลิตภัณฑ์ตัวล่าสุดของทางบริษัทฯ แต่นี้จะไม่ใช่สินค้าตัวสุดท้ายอย่างแน่นอน ทางเราจะสร้างสรรค์และผลิตสินค้าตัวใหม่ๆ เพื่อที่จะเป็นผู้นำอุตสาหกรรมตาข่าย และสิ่งทอพลาสติกของโลก
