A : Grade AISI304 / SUS304 / DIN 1.4301
This type is a basic stainless alloy being one of the most versatile and commonly used stainless steel material. Its uses include sorting and screening of abrasives, liquids, powders and other solids. It is a less expensive alloy but not as corrosion resistant as Grade 316.
Grade AISI316 / SUS 316 / DIN 1.4401
This type is a premium standard of stainless alloy and is more resistant to corrosion by salts, acids and seawater. Its uses include processing of oils and foods, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
